Sky Pirate Cove
Guess why it's named that? Home to the infamous Sky Pirates, their existence is actually a fairly well-kept secret. Sure, they're renowned, but their actual location is rather smart. As it is, Sabrie protrudes from one side of a huge, lush, green rolling hill, and on the other are two massive concealed hangar doors. The innards of the city take up half of the hill, and the other half is entirely the Sky Pirates'. Within lie their many ships, some liberated from the government, some donated by the generous developers of Sabrie, and some built from scratch themselves. Their flagship is the SS 'Emerald', lead by a figure who supposedly has an ongoing mutual agreement with a childhood friend - none other than the Prime Minister of Sabrie herself.

Sabrie
Sabrie is the most technologically advanced city in all of Thibudis. It's home to more or less six million people, being the second-largest only to Aenias City in the northeast. It's home to a political movement, the Uprising, and the driving force behind it, an open rebellion which seeks to free the country from supposed dictatorship. It's run by Prime Minister Elisa Castillo, a ferocious woman, and has a fairly stalwart military force. It's split into four different levels - not counting the Palazzo - with each having a specific use. Note that Sabrie is pretty stingy when it comes to divulging technological secrets, with various strict policies in place to keep the city clean, and, above all else, independent - they are at war, after all.

Ill Fortune
What with Ill Fortune's location being just off the strait, you'd think it'd be a prime location for pretty much tourist heaven. Well, you'd be wrong. The town's a grimy shithole, everyone wants to take your money and your horse. The mayor, Vittorio Falzone, doubles as a sheriff and is corrupt as all hell. Due to its location, beyond the southern Eulvian Wilds, it lies still in barren, arid, climates, and is even more technologically obsolete. Think steampunk western.

Port Victory
Port Victory is the most westmost place in the Southlands and fairly easy to access if you follow the coastline from Sabrie. It edges some stormy seas but if you can get on when the weather's good, there are three locations; the Havens, Yataris to the North, and the island where the lost city, Avelus was presumed to have sunk from. It's got a little town attached, which has quite the nightlife; bars and casinos aplenty, and, if you're looking in the right place, perhaps a little more... it's a major force in the political Uprising with Sabrie, and is known to be fully allied with the Sabrian rebellion.

Mt. Invis
Mt. Invis is a volcano off the south coast, a good portion of which is underwater. It's supposedly accessible by a huge mainland cave which leads underneath the seabed, as it's only perhaps a mile from shore. Currently dormant. Its activity state is 'supposedly' controlled by a huge sleeping lava behemoth that lies in the innermost chambers, although this is presumably just an old wives' tale.

Deepthorn Jungle
Deepthorn Jungle connects with the western part of the Eulvian Wilds, with the flora becoming far more intense and thicker. Eventually, vines and tall canopies populate the area's entirety, with a tribe of indigenous primates within and a wide range of near-deadly flora and fauna.
