Sabrie

Level One

Primarily a market area, this is the loudest that you'll find. Filled with industrialised factory areas and stalls, if you want to find new parts or the like, you come down here. Similarly, with strict and regimental alcohol policies around, the only place you're allowed to drink in the city's entirety is the first level or within certain establishments on others, although these are few and far between. Some people reside here permanently, and work and supply is generally mixed with people working right in front of blast furnaces, giving most denizens of this level a grimy pallor.

Level Two

Level Two is primarily home to the lower-class section of the city, with around two million residing here. As you can derive from this, Sabrie's GDP isn't exactly as high as you'd think, per capita, but it still functions nicely. Most of the smaller, shabbier buildings can be found here around the elevator functions.

Level Three

Level Three of Sabrie's elevation system is home to most middle-class families and stores. Around a million people live on this level, and it's quaint at day due to established sound interlevel sound barriers. It's home too to most community buildings; museums, theme parks, etc etc. A few large stores dot it, and it contains one of the nation's largest train stations, with an hourly train leading to the nearby Port, a private shuttle to the Sky Pirate Cove, and one larger train heading to Yataris.

Level Four

The fourth level is a mainly well-off area, home to many governmental buildings and many prestigious corporations. Businessmen donning suits are known to roam the streets. Most of Sabrie's military buildings can too be found on this level.

Sabrian Palazzo

The Sabrian Palace has been unused now for centuries, ever since the deposing of the last monarch, King Lewis IX, around a hundred and fifty years ago. It's abandoned, and home only to ghosts and age-old rivalries, along with aged blood splatterings and presumably skeletons thanks to the nature of the overthrowing.

The Underdepths

As this name would suggest, due to Sabrie's nature as a highly-industrialised bustling busy city, it creates a lot of waste. A network of tubes and tunnels transports this high-energy and oft radioactive material around a grid beneath the city, where some get the most horrific jobs of all, usually used as community punishments. The waste system is also placed down here, although isolated and generally shocked to keep the smell from settling - courteously enough.
